Welcome to My Mortiee
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Mortiee web app, mobile app, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using My Mortiee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use My Mortiee. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use certain features, including ticketing and event participation, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. USE OF SERVICES
You agree to use My Mortiee only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Misusing the platform for fraud or unauthorized transactions.
- Sharing offensive, abusive, or illegal content.
- Interfering with the functionality or security of the app.
4. EVENT TICKETING & PAYMENTS
- Tickets purchased through My Mortiee are non-transferable unless stated otherwise by the event organizer.
- Refunds, cancellations, or reschedules are subject to the event organizer's policies.
- My Mortiee acts as a facilitator and is not liable for disputes between users and event organizers.
5. VEHICLE & DRIVER INFORMATION
When registering vehicles or driver profiles, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details you provide. False or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, and features of My Mortiee are owned by Motorsports Kenya or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
My Mortiee provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Losses related to ticketing, events, or third-party services.
- Technical issues, delays, or data loss.
- Personal injury, accidents, or damages arising from motorsport participation.
8. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm other users or the platform.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, including the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the app with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
